I am enclosing a copy of a letter from
Van Reekum faper Ltd, together with original enclosures to that letter.

Since this firm's claim has already been registered in Hong Kong there is no point in sending a copy to the Board of raile.

The letter has not been acknowledged and I should be grateful if a suitable reply could be sent, and the enclosure returned, to Van Reekm Paper Ltd.
